History
Noah Meyer and Tom Metcalf founded Revel Inc. in 2019, however, the dream of Revel began six years earlier. As franchise owners for the same painting franchise, Noah and Tom first met at a training session in 2014. Although Noah came from the bustling metropolis of Chicago and Tom was raised on a remote farm in northern Wisconsin, the two quickly bonded over a passion for business and entrepreneurship. They stayed in touch by discussing business strategies and checking in on friendly competitions between each other.
Over the next few years, Noah and Tom’s competitive spirits drove them to become two of the top franchise owners in the company. They combined to complete over 700 projects for over $2 million dollars in revenue with world-class customer service.
While their painting businesses flourished, Noah and Tom completed their formal education. Noah graduated with a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and Tom graduated with a degree in Operations and Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
With their college degrees in their back pockets and a combined 12+ years in the painting industry, Noah and Tom decided to give life to a vision they had discussed for years, and Revel was born! Revel’s mission is to use proven systems to perform maintenance services that leave customers with memorable experiences and time to do what they love. Our vision is to become a household name in our market, an industry leader in customer service and a rewarding career opportunity for people in our community.
